Ans: The duly signed agreements, know your client form along with the following listed documents need to be submitted :

• Two passport size photographs (signed across by the client)
• Photocopy of PAN card (photocopy should be clearly visible)
• Proof of Identity a) Passport; b) PAN; c) Voter ID; d) Driving License;

3) Do I require to mention the email id in the demat and trading account application form?
Ans: Yes. It is compulsory to mention the email id in the demat form and trading account application form as you will receive the soft copy of the contract notes by email as per Stock Exchange Regulations and for also sending trade confirmations, online trading passwords and any future communications.
4) How many days it will take to open the demat and trading account and start trading?
Ans: It will take one working day to open the a/c once the duly filled in application form reaches our office and provided the documents / proofs submitted are in order.
5) Is it mandatory to open a demat account with you for online trading?
Ans: Yes, it is compulsory to have a demat account with us for Online Trading for quick and hassle free settlement of shares which are bought and sold.
6) Who are eligible to open an Online Trading a/c?
Ans: Any individual, HUF (Hindu Undivided Family), proprietary firm, partnership firm or a corporate can open online trading account with us.
7) If my net is down or I am travelling how can I place the orders?
Ans: We provide call and trade services without any extra charge. You can call your dealer and place order offline.
8) Can I transfer funds online?
Ans: Yes, you can transfer funds online from your online platform. We have payment gateway with 40 + leading banks. The amount transferred will instantly get updated during trading hours and you can then place orders as per funds available in your trading a/c.
9) Can I submit cheque if I do not have online banking facility or net banking is not working?
Ans: Yes, you can submit a cheque but buying limit would be provided to your trading account once the same is cleared and credit received in our bank account.
10) What is delivery based Trading?
Ans: In delivery trading your funds will be blocked 100% at the time of placement of order. You can take delivery of stocks to extend of clear credit in your account. If you want to sell shares the same should be available in your demat account. The trading limits will be enhanced immediately with the delivery stocks sold value and you can take further positions.
11) What is margin / intraday Trading?
Ans: In Margin trading / Intra day trading, whatever you buy, you need to sell the same day before 3.30 p.m. and vice versa. i.e. in the same settlement cycle. You are required to close all your intraday positions prior to 20 minutes of market closure. You can also convert margin orders to delivery if you have sufficient buying limit available in your trading account.
12) Do you provide After Market order (AMO) facility?
Yes, we do provide AMO orders facility where in you can place orders any time between 6.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m on working days. It will remain closed on Saturday, Sunday and on other exchange holidays.
13) Can I cancel / modify order?
Ans: Yes, you can modify or cancel an order any time before execution. You can do this by accessing the Order Book where you can view the pending orders and can modify or cancel the order. Order cannot be modified or cancelled if order has been sent to exchange and confirmation is awaited or order is traded.
14) Do I get a confirmation after Trading is done?
Ans: You will get an instant trade confirmation on your trading portal and also it will reflect in Trade log and Net position report when order gets executed.
You can avail the ECN facility wherein the soft copy of the contract will be mailed to your registered email Id with us. You will receive an SMS on your mobile no. registered with us at the end of the trading day of all your trades taken place on that particular day. You can also check your online back office, round the clock, to track trading done by you.
15) What should I do if I face login related problems?
Ans: Login related problem can arise due to following reasons
Your internet connection is down.
• If you have entered wrong password then your login gets failed. If for 3 consecutive attempts your login fails then your password gets locked. If you have locked your password or forgotten your password then put a request mail for new password to etrade@sushilfinance.com from your mail id (registered with us).
