Academically, a rank holder Chartered Accountant, Mr. Shah is the promoter and director of Sushil Financial Services Private Limitedand its associate companies. He has garnered his support and professional knowledge in setting up a research lab thus churning out cutting edge research division and adding multiple products & services under the brand portfolio.

Mr. Ajay Narendra Shah, co-founder and director of Sushil Financial Services Private Limited and its associate companies is a dynamic leader and has been part of the key management team since 1982. He is extremely well – Networked in the industry which, along with his rich market experience has helped the company in terms of implementing best practices.
His approach towards work at Sushil Finance has excessively stood on extensive managerial skills and impeccable team building capabilities. Under his careful supervision, the organization’s functional & operational responsibilities as well as the company’s secondary market broking activities & risk management have been impeccably managed.

Mr. Viral P. Parikh (Director)
Mr. Viral Piyushkant Parikh, part of the key management team is a thorough professional and a multi- faceted personality who is extremely knowledgeable and innovative in his approach towards work. He entered the world of Sushil Finance in 1986 with superior technological skills only to be promoted as a director in 2003.
Having intense experience in every department at Sushil Finance , he pioneered innovative state of the art technological advancements and its onboard implementation. His vision has piloted the company into automating most of the operations thereby increasing efficiency and reducing cost. Today, he is managing core areas as diverse as depository operations, customer service, technology and legal and compliance.
